World's #1 cell phone model

I SAY YES:Christopher Lee Sauve, of the infamous 'Save Anna' T-shirts has another hit on his hand with his biting blood diamond Tee. GOES WELL WITH: After she got Tyra banned from walking in Chanel shows with her, we all learnt that the only thing that goes well with Naomi (besides Alaia, Christy and Linda) is...Naomi!! The "All Naomi" Issue is the only time I've ever bought Russian Vogue....I could look at her all day...Although her tantrums are a little less chic these days, I still find her more beautiful than ever. SOUNDTRACK: She helped make Freedom90 one of the most famous videos of all time, too bad she couldn't do the same for herself. Here's her 1995 flop, and unlike her Milli Vanilli ghost written book, she can actually sing!

Dirty Rosebud

They say the IT bag is over. Andy Bates begs to differ and has created what is literally a sack of mens sacks. Let's call this murse 'The Scrotum Sack' if you will allow me. Beyond the obvious jokes of not having enough balls to wear it, it comes complete with dingle berry bell and butt hole in the back. But the real question here is...can I get one with fur?

Reading the reader

Yesterday the psychic infomercial princess Ms. Cleo celebrated her birthday. Let's pay her tribute with my dear friend Milan's version of Ms.'s one of NY's finest at their funniest!!

My way or the highway

Move over Ms. Moss there's a new Kate in town. Already worshipped by fashionistas worldwide, Elle's style director Kate Lanphear is the new face of Eddie Borgo's Jewelry line. An impeccable NYC match, Kate is aprime embodiment of what a NY downtown muse should be. Like attracts like and Borgo and Lanphear who are are friends, enlisted Keegan Singh who's never far from Kate's side to style the chic family affair. While his sites claim that it's "deeply rooted in punk ideologies" would have Sid Viscous rolling in his grave, the pieces available at Bergdorf Goodman thankfully left punks DIY sensibilities for fine craftmanship with a perfect balance of sleek and classic with street edge sensibility.Much like the Sex Pistols putting their spin on "My Way", Mr. Borgo captured NY's flavour. I'm just glad he did it 'his way' cause it works beautifully, and beats St. Mark's Street anyday.

The Webs We Weave

I SAY YES: Taking lashes to an extreme length, British artist Jessica Harrison has created eyelashes purely out of fly legs. Though not PETA friendly, they are Cuntasia nonetheless.GOES WELL WITH: These photos were taken by amateur photographer Miroslaw Swietek, who explains “they are all covered in dew because I go to the forest around 3am. At 3am to 4am insects are sleepy and taking photos of them is easy, but it is difficult to find them.” Covered in dew that looks like diamonds, these little pests are works of arts.
SOUNDTRACK: Perhaps this is what the flies sounded like as Harrison extracted enough legs for a full set of lashes….

That's News to Me!

I was invited to a Prada event, so what do I wear? The invitation of course! It was a swing event so I wore the clear record I received in the mail as a hat. In an interesting match, Prada invited Nina Hagen-the goth punk goddess with the voice of an opera angel-to perform. In an odd coincidence, I ran into her at the airport the next day and after chatting with her for a bit told her how much I enjoyed her performance. She is as kooky as you would expect and I loved every minute of it! On a different note, Vanity Fair Italia covered the event, and posted my picture with the caption "NYC Socialite and muse to Marc Jacobs." To clear up any confusion, I am neither of these things....Well, as far as I know anyway!
